Tate buening obituary: The Madison County Sheriff’s Office has recognized the one who shot his child to death prior to committing suicide Friday. The guilty party in the evident homicide self destruction on Blue Creek Drive in Harvest was Brian Buening, 37, and the casualty was his child, 10-year-old Tate Buening, as per an assertion on the sheriff’s office Facebook page.

The sheriff’s office expressed there could be no further subtleties to report right now.

Appointees on Friday morning were called to lead a government assistance check in the 200 square of Blue Creek Drive when they found the collections of Buening and his child. Both were dead from discharge wounds.

Sheriff Kevin Turner said agents know there were authority issues in the family.
