Appreciated granddad of Neveah, Gracie, Jayda, Kylie, Brayden, Brilynne and step-granddad of Zoey and Boe Quenneville. Dear sibling of Ron Lepage (Julie), Rick Lepage (Elaine), Linda Belmore (Steven), Gisele Sloan and Robert Lepage (Diane) the entirety of Cornwall. Predeceased by his sibling Gary.

Dear child of the late Lucien Lepage and the late Colombe (née Guay) Lepage. Dear child in-law of Grant MacMillan and the late Patricia MacMillan. Mike will be unfortunately missed by a few nieces and nephews.
