Scott Mager, Fenstersheib’s partner and closest companion said the Hallandale Beach-based lawyer was murdered by his child, Michael Fenstersheib. Michael, 35, battled with “extreme psychological maladjustment and dependence,” and shot his long-term sweetheart.
