Randy Tuggle Obituary — Greensboro College and the network are grieving the demise of Pride ladies’ ball mentor Randy Tuggle following a two-year fight with pancreatic malignant growth.

Tuggle, whose 198 triumphs are the most in program history, passed on Thursday at age 62, the school reported.

Tuggle drove Greensboro to the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA Tournament in 2011 and earned mentor of the year from the USA South and D3Hoops.com. Greensboro won seven ordinary season and five competition titles in the USA South.

“Randy was a long-lasting companion and associate, who roused the young ladies he instructed, however everybody in the Greensboro College people group,” Pride games chief Kim Strable said in a news discharge.

Katie Lewis, a senior from Pleasant Garden on the 2019-20 Pride group, said in February that Tuggle has been a motivation for the players, who thusly attempted to rouse him.

He joined Greensboro College in 2002 as an associate ladies’ ball mentor, close by cousin Jason Tuggle, and became lead trainer starting in 2009-10.
