Nicole Hall Missing – Police in rural Atlanta are searching for an 8-year-old who vanished not long after 12 PM Sunday morning. Gwinnett County police said Nicole Hall has been determined to have a chemical imbalance and is new to her Peachtree Corners area, WAGA revealed.
