Brought into the world in Rowan County on August 1, 1963, he was the child of the late Frances Irene Ludwick Cline and James R. Cline. Jim worked at Taylor Clay Products for quite some time and was an individual from Salvation Army Church. He adored fishing and watching NASCAR.
