Cynthia Barker Death: Filipina-British Mayor Cynthia Alcantara Barker of Hertsmere, Hertfordshire area in England passed on because of a “genuine sickness” on Monday, September 14.
Her family reported Barker’s demise in an announcement shared by her sibling, Gene Alcantara, on Facebook.
“It is with outrageous trouble that we declare the death of The Worshipful Hertsmere Mayor Councilor Cynthia Barker following an episode of genuine ailment,” the family said.

The Hertsmere Borough Council honoured Barker, who was selected as Hertsmere civic chairman in June. Preceding her arrangement, she filled in as representative civic chairman in 2019 and was a precinct councillor for Borehamwood’s Kenilworth ward since her noteworthy political race in 2015.
