Cynthia Barker Death: Filipina-British Mayor Cynthia Alcantara Barker of Hertsmere, Hertfordshire area in England passed on because of a “genuine sickness” on Monday, September 14.

Her family reported Barker’s demise in an announcement shared by her sibling, Gene Alcantara, on Facebook.
