Toby Kirkup Death: Toby Kirkup, 48, was conceded to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary on August 29 after he had been encountering chest torments and a shivering sensation in his arms.

Specialists determined him to have gastritis and he was sent home back to Titanic Mills in Slaithwaite.

However, soon thereafter his condition declined, with him starting to upchuck before he in the end endured a heart failure, Bradford Coroner’s Court heard.

A posthumous set up that his passing was a consequence of normal causes – however his family have had worries about his treatment.
