Tammy Johnson Death: Tammy Denise Higgins Johnson, age 47, kicked the bucket Monday, September 18, 2017. Conceived April 26, 1970 in Johnston County she was a little girl of Thomas Glenn and Ruby Lee Garner Higgins of Smithfield. She was gone before in death by both her maternal and fatherly grandparents.

A graveside administration will be directed at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 23, 2017 in the Garner Family Cemetery, on Garner Road, with Rev. Teddy Raynor administering. The family will get companions from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Friday night at the burial service home.

Getting by notwithstanding her folks are her better half, William David Johnson; children, David Glen Johnson and Johnathan Blake Johnson, all of Newton Grove; sisters, Amy Higgins Woolard of Wendell and Windy Lee Canterbury of Mt. Dora, FL; and one grandson, Colby Luke Johnson, whom was the affection for her life.
