Roger Mandle Obituary: Roger Mandle, who as fifth overseer of the Toledo Museum of Art attempted enhancements to displays and grounds and won wide approval – and the gallery a record number of guests – for a significant show of works by the painter El Greco, passed on Saturday in Dartmouth, Mass. He was 79.
