Owen J Miller Obituary – Death: Owen was brought into the world in Harlem Montana to Rhiney and Harriette Miller. He moved to Seattle in his late teenagers and started a vocation at Boeing. He served in the U.S. Aviation based armed forces from 1950-1952.
