Martin Nolan Death: Police in Montgomery County, Maryland, are researching the demise of a man who was found inside a vehicle left at a grade school.

Martin Sean Nolan, 21, of Rockville, had injury and was articulated dead at the scene Thursday, a Montgomery County police news discharge said.

Not long before 5:40 a.m., the Emergency Communications Center (911) got a call about a shooting that simply occurred in the stopping territory close to Highland Elementary School on Medway Street in the Wheaton-Glenmont region.
