Malcolm James Death: An office representative affirmed Wednesday that police have captured a suspect regarding a lethal shooting Monday night outside of a Springfield café. Codi Dziadosz, 18, was captured on doubt of second-degree murder regarding the killing of 28-year-old Malcolm James. Police say James was shot about 11:30 p.m. Monday in the parking area of the Taco Bell on South National Avenue close to Battlefield Road. James kicked the bucket at the emergency clinic.

As of early Wednesday evening, a hunt of online court records didn’t uncover any proper charges for Dziadosz.

Dacheka Scott, a cousin of James, said she grew up with James in Chicago however he left there when they were youthful and at last arrived in Springfield.
