Lucia Bremer Obituary: Henrico County police on Saturday captured a kid and accused him of second-degree murder in Friday early evening time’s shooting of a young lady in a neighborhood close to Godwin High School.

The casualty was Lucia Bremer, an eighth-grader at Quioccasin Middle School. The school chief said Bremer “transmitted satisfaction” and “was insightful past her years.”

The presume’s character is being retained due to his age.

“Henrico Police has the individual in guardianship liable for the previous murder,” the police office said in a news discharge about 3:15 p.m. Saturday. “During the early evening hours, Henrico criminal investigators arrested an adolescent male subsequent to getting petitions for second-degree murder, ownership of a gun by adolescent, and utilization of a gun in the commission of a lawful offense.”
