Lauren Leigh Easter Obituary: Administrations for Lauren Leigh Colvin will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 10, 2007, at First United Methodist Church of Shreveport. Administering will be Dr Pat Day of First United Methodist Church of Shreveport, where Lauren was a part. Helping will be Rev. Straight to the point Gunn, Jr. of Broadmoor Baptist Church of Shreveport. Interment will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery, Bradley, AR.
Conceived January 20, 1984, in Shreveport, LA, Lauren died at her home of typical causes on Monday, May 7, 2007. She moved on from Captain Shreve High School in 2002. She held a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge, where she was an individual from Chi Omega Sorority. Lauren was utilized at OB/GYN and Associates in Shreveport, LA. She was a caring little girl and sister and a dedicated companion to many.
She was gone before in death by her maternal grandparents, Ernest M. also, Rose Callaway Ellington, fatherly granddad, John L. Colvin, and uncle, Marc Ellington.
Survivors are her committed guardians, Jay and Susan Ellington Colvin; adoring sister, Katie Colvin Goodson and brother by marriage, Mark Goodson of Baton Rouge, LA; grandma, Carolyn M. Colvin; uncle, Thomas Colvin and spouse, Suzan Jean of Mount Pleasant, TX; auntie, Mary Frances Colvin Koerner and husband, Paul of Shreveport, LA; distant aunties, Beth Anderson of Shreveport, LA and Virginia Wyatt of Macon, GA; cousins, Kelli Colvin and John Thomas Colvin of Mount Pleasant, TX, Cara Koerner and Andy Koerner of Shreveport, LA; and various other distant aunties, uncles and cousins.
Lauren was honoured with a warm and caring circle of loved ones and she, thus, kept those around her. Her adoration and life will be treasured for eternity.
Pallbearers will be Michael Baker, John Thomas Colvin, Forrest Crocker, John Darrell Cunningham, Mark Goodson, Raaed Hasan, Andy Koerner, Ben Lennard, Andrew Mijalis, David Nelson, C.J. Schoolfield, Nathan Salvail and Blake Young. Privileged pallbearers will be Dr Seborn Woods, and the specialists of OB/GYN and Associates, Dr John W. Waterfallen, Dr E.B. Robinson, Dr Darrell Sandifer, Dr John D. Haynes, Dr Warren C. West, Jr. also, Dr Edwin H. Byrd, Jr.
