Lance Kunz Obituary – Death: Lyle Kunz, age 85, of Waseca died on Saturday, October 3, 2015 on his homestead in rustic Waseca. Mass of Christian Burial will be hung on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Gregory Leif administering. Interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Waseca.

Appearance will be held at McRaith Funeral Home and Crematory on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a petition administration at 8:00 p.m. The appearance will proceed for one hour preceding administrations at the congregation on Thursday.

Lyle Joseph, child of Eldor and Agnes (Kaiser) Kunz, was brought into the world on September 13, 1930 on the homestead in Wilton Township, Waseca County. He joined in and moved on from Waldorf High School in 1947. Lyle was a rancher his whole life. He was joined in union with Frances Donelan on July 14, 1952 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Janesville.

He was a previous individual from numerous associations including the Knights of Columbus, Fourth Degree, Pork Producers, Soybean Growers, and Corn Growers. He additionally served on many sheets including the First National Bank, Lakeside, and on the Parish Council. Lyle delighted in fishing, hitting the fairway, playing a card game, and spending his winters in AZ with Frances for more than 20 years. He had an incredible funny bone and cherished investing energy with his family.
