Justin is an alum of Palisades High School and he filled in as a greens keeper for Boyers Lawn Service. He was a devoted angler both new and salt water and a tracker. Justin was an outdoorsman and planter.

Justin the child of Deanna Gowton Sands and John H. Sands, III and his life partner Debra White and. He is the caring sibling of Matthew J. Sands of Quakertown and Emily M Sands of Pipersville. He is additionally the given grandson of Dorothy D. furthermore, her late spouse Kenneth Gowton and May and her late husband John H. Sands, Jr. also, nephew to Linda Twining, Cheryl (Robert) Bray, Carl Sands, the late Glory Geary, K. Keith Gowton, Duane (Cindy) Gowton, Douglas (Noel), Debbie (Larry) Bray and numerous cousins.
