“Joe Russo has been my partner on the seat for quite some time, and his misfortune will be felt by the lawful local area and the residents of Cuyahoga County,” says Administrative and Presiding Judge Brendan J. Sheehan. “Our considerations and supplications are with Judge Russo’s loved ones.”

“We lost Judge Russo only four days after the death of Judge Nancy McDonnell,” adds Judge Sheehan. “As a court family, our melancholy is multiplied as of now.”

Brian Laundrie’s sister saw him twice after return to Florida, was at Fort De Soto with family: Attorney Judge Russo joined the district’s seat in January of 2001.

He was an alum of St. Joseph High School and Case Western Reserve University, where he accepted his law degree in 1991 from the CWRU School of Law.
