Bob Bonham Bodybuilding Obituary: One of my legends in the working out world is Bob Bonham, proprietor of Strong and Shapely Gym, one of the biggest and best weight training rec centers in the country. Weave has been a main man in the working out world for more than 20 years, and has helped me inside and out leave my imprint there.

Robert Bonham, a World War II veteran and Bob’s father, died on January fifteenth here in New Jersey. He was 89 years of age.
