Jordan Hardwick Death: Loved ones accumulated Saturday evening at Southern High School in Meigs County to honour volleyball player Jordan Hardwick, who spent away Friday night after crumbling during a training.

Her sister, Taylor, was among those laying blossoms at Jordan’s old banner Saturday.

“Her snicker and her grin and her coming to me and saying, ‘Sister look what I got,’ or ‘I know you’re here, where are you?’ or trying to say ‘Sissy’ or ‘Hello sister’ where like only her voice,” Taylor Hardwick said. “I’m simply going to miss that the most.”

That voice was presently missing from a group that admired the quality and assurance of her partner’s state she gave.

“(She was a) pioneer,” said partner Cassidy Roderus. “That is everything I can say. She was one of the most notable individuals in the group. Everyone admired her. Everyone needed to resemble her.”

“She meant the world to me,” said partner Krystal Holley. “Like I needed to admire her. She was my good example, but she presumably didn’t have any acquaintance with it. However, she was a good example.”

Administrator Tony Deem says that volleyball exercises will be dropped for the following week.
