John Daniels Obituary: John “JD” Daniels, 68, of Moodus, darling spouse of Joanne (Murphy) Daniels, died Thursday July 8, 2021 at Hartford Hospital. John was brought into the world in Phoenix, Arizona, child of the late, Edward and Marion (Giaconia) Daniels. He experienced childhood in Moodus, Connecticut where he went to Nathan Hale Ray High School. Indeed, even as a young man, John was proficient at everything mechanical, which drove him to his vocation as a committed representative for more than 40 years at Pratt and Whitney Aircraft and a glad individual from the C.A.N.E.L. Hotel 700 laborers association.

His inventiveness and fastidious scrupulousness displayed in all that he did, both at work and at home. John and his perfect partner Joanne fabricated a delightful life and family together. A dedicated spouse, father and granddad, John esteemed each moment went through with his grandkids who were really the best part of him. From their week after week frozen custard dates to continually applauding them from the sidelines, his inclusion and love for his grandkids and family was tremendous. John had many interests including climbing, trekking, fishing, chasing, agriculture, perusing and carpentry.
