Jason Cortez Death: A fireman paramedic has passed on after a preparation episode on Wednesday morning, San Francisco Fire Department authorities said.

Authorities state the fireman was at a SFFD preparing office on nineteenth and Folsom Street when he fell three stories, causing extreme head wounds.

A San Francisco fireman has passed on subsequent to falling three stories during preparing, SFFD authorities said. Jason Cortez, 42, was a fireman paramedic, spouse, father and child of a resigned SFFD fireman.

SFFD Lt. Jonathan Baxter said the fireman was moved to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital where he passed on before 11 a.m.

Lt. Baxter recognized the casualty as 42-year-old Jason Cortez, who had been with the division for a very long time – First as a paramedic and afterward a fireman.

“This is an exceptionally trying time,” Lt. Baxter stated, depicting Cortez as a paramedic who had been with the office since 2007 and was right now positioned in the Tenderloin.

Cortez was a fireman paramedic, advocate for public wellbeing, father, spouse and a child of a resigned SF fireman.

The San Francisco Fire Department delivered an announcement saying, to a limited extent, “our hearts go out to his family and friends and family, particularly his better half and two little youngsters.”

The announcement proceeded to state that “as a characteristic of regard,” the division’s banners will be at half-staff until additional notification, and finished with “Find happiness in the hereafter, sibling.”

“He’s a companion to all, he’s a promoter for public security, he’s a dad to two kids, a spouse to an astonishing wife; and a kid to a resigned San Francisco fireman,” he said of Cortez.

San Francisco fire authorities held a parade for the fallen fireman from the clinic to the clinical analyst’s office.
