Jason Aldean Tour Bus Accident – Death – All paths of I-64 East are back open Thursday following a mishap including country vocalist Jason Aldean’s gear transport.

The accident occurred around 5 a.m. Thursday at the Chesapeake/US 52 exchange.

The country vocalist was not on the transport. Huntington police tell WSAZ nobody was harmed, including the transport driver. Jason Aldean is set to perform at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

One path of I-64 East is closed down today after the transport conveying country vocalist Jason Aldean’s visiting gear smashed. The country artist was not on the transport. Huntington police let us know nobody was harmed, including the transport driver. Groups are working to clear the disaster area and completely resume the street.

Jason Aldean is set to perform at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
