James hecker obituary: A., 71, passed on Monday, December 20, 2004, at Baptist Hospital East in Louisville. He was resigned from Ford Motor Company Kentucky Truck Plant following 39 years of administration and a veteran of the Korean War. He was an individual from UAW Local #862, set up Silver Creek Little League and went to Sellersburg United Methodist Church. He is made due by his significant other of 50 years, Joyce Hecker of Sellersburg; children, Alfred Hecker (Pat) of Georgetown, IN, and Scott Hecker (Tina) of Boise, ID; and granddaughters, Jessica and Amanda Hecker.

His memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Garr Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Sellersburg Cemetery. The appearance will be from early afternoon 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 10 a.m. Thursday at the memorial service home. Articulations of compassion may appear as gifts to Baptist Hospital East Oncology Fund or to Hospice.
