Jack Brainard Obituary – Jack Brainard, age 91, of St. Charles, passed on calmly at his home on Wednesday, June 17, 2015. He was brought into the world in Wadsworth, Ohio, on March 9, 1924; the child of Clair Brainard and Mary Gleason.

Jack was glad for his support of his nation and served in the Navy during WWII.

As quite a while inhabitant of St. Charles; Jack served the City and Township reliably in numerous ways. Jack was the Assistant Chief at the St. Charles Fire Department, Alderman for the City of St. Charles, President of the Boy Scouts of America: “Three Fires Council”, and served on the St. Charles Township Board from 1989 through December 2014. Jack was likewise the proprietor of the Bill Fisher Insurance Agency in St. Charles.

Jack is made due by his two children, James C. (Juliane) Brainard of Geneva, and John C. (Lesley) Brainard of Collierville, TN; his grandkids, Gabrielle, Nicholas, Alexa, Samantha and Colton, and Robb (Carrie). Notwithstanding his folks, Jack was gone before in death by his significant other, Mary; child, Jeffrey; and little girl, Jennifer.
