Hunter Durham Roanoke VA Obituary – Death Hugh R. Durham, of Vinton, the child of Theodore and Mary Durham, of Vinton, was brought into the world in Baltimore, Md., on March 19, 1947, and kicked the bucket without notice because of an auto collision in Bedford County Tuesday, March 20, 2012. Hugh’s life is recognized by his caring marriage, love for his family, deep rooted kinships, proficient commitment, and amazing character.

Hugh went to William Byrd High School in Vinton and is an ardent fanatic of the University of Virginia Athletic Program. Hugh is a veteran of the Vietnam War, having served his country in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman. Hugh resigned in 2010 following 43 years of steadfast work at Ingersoll-Rand/Atlas-Coptco of Roanoke.

Hugh is gone before in death by his folks, Ted and Mary; and sister, Nancy Darnell.

Hugh wedded his first love, Ms. Betty June Gibson, of Roanoke, on July 3, 1968. Hugh experienced 43 great long stretches of marriage and is made due by his mate and perfect partner, Betty.
