Dennis Wiser Obituary: Dennis Wiser wore numerous caps in his 70 years.

He was a City of Racine councilman from 2010 to 2018 and turned into the primary individual to serve three back to back terms as Racine City Council president in any event 70 years.

At that point, from July to November in 2017, he filled in as break city hall leader, after John Dickert ventured down and before Cory Mason was chosen and sworn in.

He served on the Racine Unified School Board for a very long time, from 2008 to 2020.
