David was a caring spouse and father, a wayfarer, and an eager narrator. He was conceived on July 18, 1957 at a six-bed clinical focus in Mojave, California serving the Marine Corps Auxiliary Air Station there, and spent his adolescence in Pennsylvania and Texas.
