Chuck Tester Obituary – Junior Tester, 74, went to mentor his cherished round of b-ball with the incomparable mentor. He had a long fight with coronary illness and melanoma disease and battled courageously with the very empathy and expertise that pushed him to be one of the best mentors in Virginia.
