Bill Antcliff Obituary – Antcliff Dead!

William “Bill” Antcliff, 65, of Kissimmee, Fla., formerly of Brook, died Sunday, June 29, 2008, at a hospital in Kissimmee. He was born July 8, 1942, in Newton County, and was the son of the late Chester C. and Maxine R. Jordan Antcliff. He was a 1960 graduate of Brook High School and attended Foresman School. He served in the Army in the late ’60s and was stationed in Germany.

His marriages were to Linda Joy Oglesbee Antcliff, Julie Redman Antcliff, and Shirley Eller Antcliff. He divorced all three. They survive Mr. Antcliff was a truck driver and had worked for Crawford Petroleum in Delphi, Anheuser Busch in Florida, and retired from Thompson Pump Manufacturing Co. in Florida.

He was a member of First Christian Church in Brook, the Elks Lodge, Moose Lodge, and American Legion, all in Florida. In his early years, he enjoyed playing basketball and in his later years, he enjoyed his home, golfing, and visiting with family and friends.

Surviving is three daughters, Shannon Antcliff of Columbus, Ind., Mindi Ellsworth (husband: Brian) of Kissimmee and Becky Tracy (husband: Tim) of Blairsville, Ga.; and a sister, Ruth Ann “Frannie” Styck (husband: Percy) of Brook. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren and special friends, Lorie and Bob Vestal of Kissimmee. Preceded in death by a brother, Ed Antcliff, and a sister, Bonnie Banister.
