Missing Kayaker Wellington – A pursuit via land and ocean is in progress in Wellington for a 23-year-old kayaker missing since Monday night. Police say Jack Skellett was accounted for past due from a kayaking trip at around 10 pm. He left Petone Beach late on Monday morning.

It’s accepted his goals were to kayak around Matiu-Soames Island and back.
