James Manning Barboursville Obituary: The one who shot and killed James Manning, has been distinguished by the Orange County Sheriff’s office as 27-year-old Brianna Cole Knicely of Gordonsville.

36-year-old James Manning, was killed in Barboursville on Wednesday. He was articulated dead at the scene from gunfire wounds.
