Eric Omlor Obituary: Teresa Renee Omlor, 48, of Elizabethtown, spent away Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at Baptist Hospital East in Louisville.

She was gone before in death by her folks, Norman and Viola Smith Omlor, and a sibling, Eric Omlor.

Survivors incorporate her beau, Shaun Mercado, and her girl, Erica Mercado.

Burial service administrations will be 1 PM Monday, May 13, 2019, at Dixon-Atwood and Trowbridge Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hardin Memorial Park.

The appearance will start at 10 AM Monday at the burial service home.
