Devon Dalio Car Accident: Devon Dalio, the child of Connecticut altruists and tycoons Ray and Barbara Dalio, kicked the bucket in a Greenwich fender bender Thursday evening. He was 42.

Beam Dalio affirmed his child’s abrupt passing Friday night.

“It is with extraordinary agony that I am imparting to you that my 42 year old child was killed in a fender bender yesterday. My family and I are grieving and preparing and would like to be incommunicado for the present,” Dalio wrote in a tweet. “We realize that the awful torment we are feeling has been and keeps on being felt by so numerous others so our feelings go out to them. May God be with you and may you appreciate your gifts, particularly during this season.”

In a proclamation delivered by the family Saturday morning, a representative said Devon Dalio’s passing is “a shocking misfortune and the family is in grieving.”
