Craig Munro Death: A cyclist slaughtered in an accident including two a vehicle and a van has been named by police. Robert Cowie, 52, kicked the bucket at the area of the occurrence on the A90 Aberdeen to Peterhead street, near his home town of Boddam. The drivers of different vehicles, a dim Seat Ateca and a white Volkswagen Crafter van, were healthy.

The accident occurred at around 2.30pm yesterday.

The street was shut down for around six hours while impact agents analyzed the scene.

Officials are currently engaging for anybody with data, or who saw Mr Cowie cycling to approach.

Sergeant Craig McNeill, of the street policing unit, stated: “Our musings are with everybody influenced and especially with Robert’s loved ones.

“I would ask any individual who may have data about the impact and has not effectively addressed officials to contact police as quickly as time permits.

“We are especially keen on addressing any individual who saw Robert cycling southwards on the A90 around the hour of the crash.”
