He was brought into the world on December 17, 1987 to Bob and Wendi Stanley in San Marcos, Texas. Cody was gone before in death by his granddad Larry Stanley, Sr.

He is made due by his folks; sibling, Cade Stanley; grandparents, Anne Stanley, David and Kitty Braley, all of Lockhart, TX; incredible grandma, Lela Miles of Franklin, TX; aunties and uncles, Larry and Kathy Stanley of Lockhart, David and Stephanie Braley of Bastrop, James and Sarah Stanley of New Braunfels, and Colin and Kimberly Braley of Lockhart; and cousins, Maggie, Trace, Dallas, Cameron, Evan, Rylee, Christy, Cassi, Anthony, Jacqueline, and Zachary.
