Brandon Bernard Death: The Justice Department on Friday booked the execution of a man sentenced in the 1999 killing of two youth pastors in Texas. Brandon Bernard, 40, is planned to be executed by deadly infusion on Dec. 10. Bernard and his co-litigant, Christopher Vialva, were sentenced in the 1999 seizing and slaughtering of Todd and Stacie Bagley, an Iowa couple who had halted to utilize a payphone in Killeen, Texas.

The couple consented to give Vialva and two others a ride, specialists said. Vialva pulled out a firearm, constrained the couple into the storage compartment and drove around for a few hours, halting at ATMs to pull back money and endeavoring to pawn the lady’s wedding band, as indicated by examiners. Both the casualties were shot in the head and set in the storage compartment of their vehicle, which at that point was determined to discharge.

Vialva was executed a month ago at the Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute.

From that point forward, six others have been killed and another man, Orlando Hall, is booked to be executed one month from now.
