Sandie Bellows Obituary – Death Regional Councilor Sandie Bellows passed on surprisingly on Sunday night, October 10, after a gutsy fight with disease.
She was serving her initial term on Niagara-Wormley Regional Council. Cries recently filled in as a councilor for the Grantham Ward in St. Catharines, from 2014 to 2018.
