Tony Ferrer Death: The entertainer known as the ‘James Bond of the Philippines’ passes away in his home Tony Ferrer, a veteran entertainer once called the “James Bond of the Philippines” kicked the bucket on Saturday, January 23. He was 86.

His demise was affirmed by his little girl, Mutya Laxa-Buensuceso, who posted on Instagram, saying Ferrer passed on at home in his rest.

“During his last days, he was encircled by the consideration of his San Antonio family, the affection for his youngsters, and the delight and melodies of his grandkids,” she said.

“He was an amazing, benevolent man who consistently considered others first, affecting a great deal of lives on and off screen. We will all recall him with affection,” she added.
