Shannon Hogan Death: An 18-year-elderly person faces a homicide accusation in the demise of Shannon Hogan.

Hogan was the survivor of a brutal attack in Thunder Bay. She was found in a north-side laneway last July.

After a broad examination, police report they charged the 18-year-old with second-degree murder.

The man had been in care on nominal charges and was captured Thursday while showing up at the commonplace court.

Police can’t distinguish him since he was young at the hour of the episode.
