He was brought into the world in Lakewood, NJ, on October 7, 1963, the child of Richard J. Blais and Priscilla Scott Fisher. He was an alum of Campbell High School and Chattanooga Tech. Scott lived in Toms River, NJ, preceding moving to Marietta. He spent the summers and occasions in New Hampshire with family.
