Roger Trobec Obituary: Mass of Christian Burial will be private for Roger J. Trobec, age 74, who died Tuesday at the St. Cloud Hospital. Entombment will be at St. Stephen Cemetery in St. Stephen. Plans have been depended to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids.

Roger was conceived May 23, 1946 in St. Cloud to Joseph and Hilda (Lubbesmeyer) Trobec. He wedded Anna Mae Slivnik on February 3, 1968 at St. Stephen Catholic Church. Roger gladly served our nation in the Army Reserves. He lived in St. Stephen the entirety of his life and was a Biology Teacher and Football Coach at Sartell/St. Stephen High School for a very long time, resigning in 2004. Roger was an individual from St. Stephen Catholic Church where he was an individual from the ensemble.

He was likewise an individual from Friends in Harmony, Jazz Connection, Sartell Knights of Columbus Council 5276, St. Cloud Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 622, and the Minnesota Coaches Association. Roger served on the St. Stephen City Council for a very long time and the St. Stephen Fire Department for a very long time where he was Assistant Chief, and a preparation official.

He appreciated educating, instructing, singing, flying creature watching, and being associated with his locale. Roger was an energetic, insightful, noteworthy, and sacrificial man. In his heart and what drove him in the entirety of his undertakings, was his obsession and responsibility as an instructor to positively affect those he educated, trained, and had the joy to serve constantly with.

Roger is made due by his significant other of 52 years, Anna Mae of St. Stephen; children and girls, Stephen of St. Stephen, Garrett (Erin) of Lino Lakes, Jacquelyn Alexenko of Sartell, Mary Jo (Evan) Byl of Sheldon, IA, Paul (Angela) of Sartell, Anne Marie Trobec (Mason Shaney) of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and Gregory (Parvaneh) of Maple Grove; siblings and sister, Gerald (Jeanette), Larry, Mary Lee Vouk, and Ray (Karen) all of St. Stephen; and grandkids, Cullen, Caitlin, Luka, Ryder, Michael, Renee, Oliver, and Nora; and numerous nieces and nephews.
