Raquel Stutsman Car Accident: Specialists state a 19-year-old driver passed on Saturday in southern Minnesota after her vehicle went rough terrain and hammered into trees.

The Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office says the accident occurred around 3 p.m. on County Road 23 in Kasota Township, only north of Mankato.

Crisis groups removed the driver from the vehicle. She was recognized as 19-year-old Raquel Elizabeth Stutsman, of Le Sueur.

Stutsman was articulated dead at the scene.
