Rachel Balfour Obituary: It is with extraordinary distress that we share that Rachel Ella Martin Balfour, adored girl of Heather and Jim Balfour, cherished sister of Taylor, granddaughter of Walter and Jean Martin and Ella Balfour, died in Edmonton on February 5, 2019.
