Missing Teenager Found Tied Up – An undergrad in Utah has been safeguarded from a storm cellar, where she was tracked down exposed, and canvassed in coal after disappearing last week when she went to see a man she had met in a web-based chatroom.

Brent Brown, 39, has been accused of assault and seizing over the vanishing of Madelyn Allen, 19 an understudy at Snow College in the Utah city of Ephraim. Allen was brought together with her family following her emotional salvage on Saturday, five days later she vanished from the grounds.
