Kathleen Hatcher Toronto Obituary: A 37-year-old Toronto man has been accused of second-degree murder after his mom was discovered dead in an Etobicoke park visible to everyone Friday.

Toronto Police recognized Kathleen Hatcher, 69, as the lady discovered killed on one of the climbing trails in King’s Mill Park in Etobicoke Friday morning. At about 10:45 a.m., murder examiners said police got an emergency call and later found her body with “critical wounds.” She was articulated dead at the scene.
