Justin Pena Car Accident: The speculated vagabond caught for supposedly pushing a man onto Manhattan train tracks when he wouldn’t hand over cash was busted recently for a ruthless, unwarranted assault on the metro, police said Friday.

Justin Pena, 23, was busted Thursday evening and accused of endeavored murder in association with the 6:50 p.m. Wednesday assault as the 36-year-old casualty sat tight for the B or D train at the 42nd Street-Bryant Park station, cops said.

Pena supposedly punched the man on various occasions and pushed him onto the tracks.

The casualty had the option to pull himself to wellbeing and was treated at Bellevue Hospital for minor wounds to his knee and hands, cops said.

However, the episode wasn’t Pena’s first demonstration of viciousness on the rails, cops affirmed. Back on Jan. 16, he supposedly punched a 62-year-elderly person in the face in an unjustifiable assault on a F train at 23rd Street, specialists said.

Stunning video got by ABC 7 at the time shows the casualty remaining on the train, with his back went to his attacker, when Pena out of nowhere chilly positioned him.

“Gracious my God!” an individual straphanger could be heard hollering as travelers hurried to repress the assailant.

The casualty required two staples for an injury in the rear of his head, his face was shrouded in cuts and wounds, his eye was wounded, his lip swollen and his neck was in a support, as indicated by the report.
