Joseph Dattoli Car Accident – Anthony Dattoli, 18, of West Caldwell was accused of exasperated attack, vehicular disturbed attack while inebriated in a school zone, leaving the location of a mishap and imperiling a harmed casualty, acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore Stephens II and Police Chief Dennis Capriglione said Tuesday, Aug. 3.

Dattoli was blamed for being inebriated and driving with his twin sibling on the hood of his vehicle June 27, at last colliding with a tree and leaving his sibling with life changing wounds.
