Cody Miller Murder: A Fresno man condemned to life in jail for the 2010 homicide of youngster Dystiny Myers, 15, in San Luis Obispo County passed on Saturday while in authority.
Cody Lee Miller, 25, one of five individuals serving jail time for Myers’ beating demise, was discovered dead in his cell about 2:40 p.m. at the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi.
