Christian Gonzalez Death: A 24-year-old Cook County Jail prisoner was accused Wednesday in association of the beating demise of his cellmate, who was an individual from an opponent pack. Christian Gonzalez, who was being held in the prison on endeavored murder accusations, has been accused of first-degree murder, days after his cellmate, 19-year-old Pedro Ruiz, was discovered draining and inert in his cell early Saturday morning. The two were individuals from rival packs, as indicated by police reports acquired through court records.

The Cook County Sheriff’s office is researching the entirety of the conditions of Ruiz’s demise.
